Physically Shipped Products
Aramex (Fastway) will ship all physical products within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes.

New Zealand Shipping
Shipping times nationwide are typically 2-5 working/business days. Please allow an extra 3 days for rural delivery.

FLAT RATE: $8.00 nationwide.

Free Pick-up/Drop-off in Wainuiomata.

Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Fiordland, Marlborough Sounds, and remote areas in the West Coast (South Island), Northland, the Coromandel Peninsula & East Cape: $45.00 Flat rate. An extra $50.00 is applied on oversized/heavy items like canvas paintings.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event that you require a refund on a physical item, we will issue a refund once you have returned the product to us within 28 days. Contact us for our address to return the physical product. Please keep in mind that you, the purchaser, will pay for return shipping costs and that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

What happens if my item/s gets damaged or lost during transit?
In the unlikely event that your items are damaged when you receive them, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for items lost due to a wrong delivery address given to us at checkout.

How are orders packed for shipping?

Framed Items: All framed original artworks and framed commissions are cardboard cornered, with a piece of stiff card secured over the glass, then bubble wrapped and cushioned by brown paper in a custom fit box and marked with fragile tape.

Unframed Items: Unframed prints, unframed original artworks and unframed commissions are sent flat in a clear sleeve with an acid-free foamboard backing, between an unbending board/cardboard, wrapped in brown paper and shipped in a compostable mailer bag.

Cards: Individual cards are packaged in plastic sleeves and sent in an envelope. Three or more cards are packaged in individual cellophane sleeves, wrapped in brown paper and sent in a compostable courier bag. Card box sets are wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper and couriered to you.

Tracking My Parcel
After your payment has cleared and we have processed your order, Aramex (Fastway) will despatch your order, and we will email you a tracking link for it. We will send this tracking link to the email address you submitted during the checkout process within three working days.
Please note: If you do not receive this email within five working days, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please include the PayPal purchase/receipt number, which you can find on the Paypay receipt you will have received by email at the time of purchase.
